The Resilience Affinity Group is a community and support network focused on empowering Federal employees impacted by agency downsizing and restructuring, as well as contractors, suppliers, and consultants facing challenges by virtue of the secondary impacts. This Beth El group provides a safe space for sharing experiences, fostering connections, and navigating professional transitions.
