Celebrate Purim and recapture your spirit with the Women of Beth El in a unique and exciting way at Vashti’s Banquet on March 6, 7:00 pm – 9:30 pm. Recapture the fun and sisterhood that must have surrounded Vashti and her companions at her last banquet with food, music, and special activities. The evening will include dinner, a tikkun olam project/collection, a henna artist, and Israeli dancing. Harem pants encouraged.
Tikkun Olam project: As part of Women of Beth El’s Vashti Banquet on March 6, we have organized a tikkun olam collection, which includes donating hygiene products to meet the immediate needs of the women residing at the Interfaith Works Women’s Shelter. Purim is a traditional time to give tzedakah. Please join us in fulfilling this mitzvah!
