Join Women of Beth El for an all-levels slow flow yoga class. Beginners welcome as well as experienced yogis seeking a relaxing slow flow class that will provide a lovely stretch, balance, and light strength work, as well as a short breath work. The 60-minute yoga practice that will be followed by light refreshments. Participants should bring a yoga mat and a yoga blanket or small throw blanket or beach towel. You may bring any other yoga props you like to use – blocks, strap – but the class will not require those items.
